Vaccination Requirement Request Approval - University Affiliated Research Center

The University of Alaska System policy states that vaccination requirements may only be made by exception and must be approved by the President at the request of the Chancellor.

I have received your request for a vaccination requirement for the following:

UAF FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS WORKING FOR OR WITH THE UNIVERSITY AFFILIATED RESEARCH CENTER (UARC)

Based on your request and President Pitney’s approval, I am herewith authorizing a vaccination requirement (with medical and non-medical-religious exemptions) for that purpose.
