Holly McDonald has been appointed as University Registrar. Holly's relationship with
UAF began over 25 years ago as a student. After working as a student employee and
finishing her bachelor's degree at UAF, she began working at the Center for Distance
Education, now eCampus, in 2001. Her institutional knowledge and extensive working relationships across campus and
the UA system are an asset as she continues to serve our university as university
registrar.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks has announced the students named to the deans’
and chancellor’s lists for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters. The lists recognize
students’ outstanding academic achievements. Students receiving a 3.9 grade point average or higher are placed on the chancellor’s
list, while those receiving a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.89 are named
to the deans’ list.
