Did you receive our birthday card?

Each UAF student receives a 21st birthday card from the Nanook Diversity and Action Center and The Pub. Cash in your card for FREE nachos from The Pub. Remember, turning 21 does not have to involve alcohol, but if it does please celebrate responsibly!

• Know your limits!
  • You can use the Virtual Bar to estimate BAC and how alcohol may affect you.
• EAT and stay hydrated!
  • Avoid drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, and try alternating alcoholic drinks with water.
• Slow down and enjoy the celebration!
  • Stick to one standard drink (12 oz. beer / 1.5 oz. liquor / 4 oz. wine) per hour.
• Designate a driver or call a cab!
