Center ICE Can Help Navigate Your SBIR Application and Award

Every year, Techconnect World brings the community together to speed up the commercialization of innovations and new technologies as well as showcase opportunities for Small Business Inovation Research awards. Alaska Center ICE’s Evelyn Jacome traveled to Washington D.C. last month for the TechConnect World Innovation Conference & Expo to learn more about the awards, including the application and how to support researchers throughout the entire award process.

A small number of UAF researchers have been successfully in receiving SBIR awards without any direct assistance in the past. This has meant a tremendous amount of additional work for the applicant. Our office will help streamline the process and provide support throughout the entire process.
