Center ICE Seed Fund — Call for Proposals

The UAF Center for Innovation, Commercialization and Entrepreneurship Seed Fund is seeking proposals from UA-affiliated researchers to perform research and develop technologies that have commercial potential.

The support may be used as seed funding to develop an early stage idea, or it may be used as gap funding for ideas that need a bridge to reach greater commercial viability. Students, staff and faculty can apply, and proposals from all disciplines are welcome. There is no deadline to submit a proposal.

Proposals may be submitted anytime and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The Center ICE Seed Fund has a mission of increasing the social and economic impact of Arctic research.
