Upstart Alpha Startup Accelerator is Now Accepting Applications Statewide.

Upstart Alpha Startup Accelerator, a program of the University of Alaska Center for Economic Development, provides training, tools, and connections to launch your idea into a startup. The program is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs providing training on testing your idea and startup basics.

The program is broken into two phases. Phase 1 is delivered virtually and is focused on finding your customers and breaking down the value you will provide to them.

Phase 2 takes place in-person mostly in Anchorage but you can receive up to $2K in stipend funding to complete the program. This phase focuses on testing your idea and beginning your startup journey.

Upstart Alpha Startup Accelerator is a member of the ARCTIC Program, an initiative of the Office of Naval Research.
