Supervising for Success consists of a training module in my UA which must be completed within one year of appointment to a supervisory position. 

UAF supervisors are required to complete Supervising for Success training every 3 years.

The Supervising for Success training is currently being added to your myUA Employee Services Portal in the myUA Learning Library.

This training is not yet available.

Once added, you will log into the myUA Employee Services Portal to self-enroll.

Supervisors are required to complete this training within the first 10-working days of appointment to supervisory responsibilities, however this training is strongly recommended for completion by all employees.

This training has been designed to raise awareness of what constitutes bullying, and to provide tools and resources to address and stop bullying behavior.
