Wood Center Assessment

Wood Center is committed to assessing our programs and services. We see assessment as an essential dimension to student affairs as a transparent tool for accountability and improvement. We will use qualitative and quantitate, summative and formative methods to create high-quality data that supports decision-making efforts. There is a shared responsibility between academics and student affairs to help students learn and develop from curricular and co-curricular experiences.

Wood Centers alignment with UAF's Mission Fulfillment Indicators

As part of Wood Center's mission to develop the whole student, we want to help students connect their academics to co-curricular opportunities. These connections will help expose students to new ways of knowing, understanding, and exploration. Wood Center has  aligned its learning and development domains with UAF's Mission Fulfillment Indicators. WC will continue to make sure we align with this and the academic mission of the University.
