About us

The Writing Center is a student-staffed tutoring service focused on building the writing skills of the UAF learning community. We offer one-hour tutorial sessions in the Student Success Center on the 6th floor of the Rasmuson Library. We also offer sessions virtually.

Fall/spring semester

  • Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and 7-10 p.m.
  • Friday: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: 1-6 p.m.
