ASEC 2024 pre-conference workshop recordings now available

Over the past three months, ACEP hosted a series of virtual two-day workshops leading up to the 2024 Alaska Sustainable Energy Conference. Each workshop took attendees on a deep dive into specific topics that are pending or a priority for Alaska’s energy future.
The workshops featured were:
- Utility Decision Making: Navigating constraints, innovating for the future
- This workshop covered balancing risks when transitioning toward higher penetrations of renewables.
- Transmission and Distribution: The clean energy transitions secret weapon
- This workshop explored innovative strategies and technologies that are shaping the future of clean energy.
- Betting Big: Investing in emerging energy technology
- Energy innovation is happening all around us. This workshop explored some of the hot topic technologies like hydrogen, grid-forming inverters and artificial intelligence as promising players in the grid of the future.
