ACEP offers innovative research and testing facilities as well as a wide range of
energy systems modeling expertise, product testing, economic and technical feasibility
assessments, data collection and analysis services and more. Our goals are to conduct
energy research that informs decision makers of all levels – from the individual homeowner to our community, utility and corporate clients – and to equip our researchers,
partners and clients to make the best possible decisions and discoveries.
Ways to partner
We provide technical support to communities, tribal organizations, utilities and non-profits through our technical assistance seed fund program available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ACEP’s test facilities and laboratories are designed to offer a unique testing environment to technology developers, utility managers and other decision makers. Envisioned as an intermediate step to full commercial deployment, these facilities were carefully designed for a range of testing needs, enabling assessment of product performance based on many real world conditions.
