Lunch and Learn: Calypso Farms

Calypso Farm and Ecology Center is a non-profit, educational farm based in Ester. Calypso will be at ACEP this week for a brown bag discussion about Community Shared Agriculture. In association with the UAF Office of Sustainability, One Tree Alaska, and ACEP, the Lola Tilly Building will become a drop-off point for produce this growing season. Calypso Farm and Ecology Center provides hands-on education to Fairbanks school children and community members through numerous education programs. Calypso Farm and Ecology Center’s mission is to encourage local food production and environmental awareness through hands-on education in natural and farming ecosystems.
