Overall Review
One hundred and seventy four students had started the Collaborative Teaching Mathematics and Teaching Model program under the guidance of Victor Zinger prior to Spring 2013. The first term began in spring of 2006 with seven students in the Bristol Bay region of Alaska. The Collaborative Teaching Mathematics and Teaching Model program or AKA - CTM3 has continued to gain popularity with growing numbers over the last two years, with a peek of fifty-five students in the spring of 2012. Spring 2013 is projected to bring an enrollment of nearly 100 students participating in the program across Alaska .
The model provides students with all advantages to complete their four-year mathematics sequence concurrently with obtaining credit for equivalent college level work while providing secondary teachers with support.
