Fairbanks mezzo-soprano MaryCatherine Moroney will perform a voice recital at 7:30

audience during the Three Minute Thesis competition at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, in
Schaible Auditorium at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. The public is invited to

Theresa Bakker has been appointed as the interim executive director of University
Advancement. In this role, she will lead UAF's development, alumni relations, communications

Scott Raygor has been named deputy chief of the university fire department. Scott
is a 28-year veteran of the fire service, and will officially begin the role on Dec.
