Bluebeary Lemonade to debut at Governor’s Cup games

Alaska Nanooks hockey fans at this weekend’s Governor’s Cup games will get a chance to taste a new addition to the UAF and Latitude 65 Brewing Company partnership lineup.

Bluebeary Lemonade, a limited-edition nonalcoholic sparkling lemonade, will be available at the Governor’s Cup games Nov. 3 and 4 at the Carlson Center in Fairbanks. The first 100 people to order a lemonade at the game will receive a commemorative cup. Bluebeary Lemonade will also be available at the home game of the second half of the Governor’s Cup series in January. One dollar from each glass sold will go toward the Lat 65 Brewing Nanooks Scholarship, which supports UAF student-athletes.

The brewery developed the lemonade specifically for this season’s Governor’s Cup series. UAF also plans to serve it at campus special events this year.
