Livestock nutrition workshops in Fairbanks, Delta Junction

Rachael Christensen, a research animal scientist with the Northern Great Plains Research Laboratory, part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service, will lead two free livestock nutrition workshops. The focus will be on ruminant species, such as cows, goats, sheep and yaks. Learn more on the events and pre-register.

Intro to Strength noon sessions

The Student Recreation Center has a new group fitness offering for Intro to Strength on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. The offering is a six-week program that begins on July 23 and is free for current members of the SRC. Read more and register.
