Kenny Thomas Sr.'s performance of the The Blind Man and the Loon was first published in his book, Crow Is My Boss: the Oral Life History of a Tanacross Athabaskan Elder, edited by Craig Mishler. (Norman: University of Oklahoma Press, 2005, pages 203-206.) The story was videotaped in English and Tanacross by Mishler from Thomas at Tanacross on October 30, 2000.
