Include a performance through a digital upload service such as YouTube or Google Drive, or a DVD if electronic upload is not an option. The performance in the video should include two contrasting works displaying both technical and musical abilities.

Please include a letter of intent that describes what you hope to accomplish by receiving a scholarship from the UAF Music Department.
Two are required; one should be from a music teacher.
High school and college transcripts are required for all incoming freshman and transfer students.
