UAF Chancellor Marshall Lind will highlight opening enrollment increases at the Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, Tuesday, Oct. 15 at noon.
Lind will also highlight UAF achievements over the past year and discuss the construction bond which will be decided by voters in the upcoming general election Nov. 5.
