CPT Tony Hernandez, class of 98, will lead a multi-national team of military personnel during an exercise (Tradewinds 03) established to promote cooperation and goodwill among Carribean nations. Soldiers from 14 Caribbean nations, U.S., Canada, and U.K. will participate in the month long exercise designed to improve military readiness and rehearse disaster relief. operations. This year’s exercise will be held on the island of Barbados.
