More than $60 million in construction projects will take place at the University of Alaska Fairbanks over the next two years with activities concentrated on West Ridge. This, as contractors finish another $50 million in projects in the campus core.

In addition, crews will be working on the Yukon Drive crosswalk across from the Wood Center March 17, 18 and 19. Traffic will be detoured from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. while workers reinstall flashing lights in an effort to increase pedestrian safety.
