The Alaska Living History Program is excited to have two prominent Alaskans visiting campus next week: Vic Fisher, a scholar, planner, former legislator, historian, and one of the framers of Alaska’s Constitution in 1955, and his wife, Jane Angvik, a long time political activist, a former director of the Division of Lands and a former Commissioner of Economic Development.

If anyone is interested in having either Jane or Vic come to their classes to speak to their students please e-mail Julia Parzick, at fyhist@uaf.edu. They will be arriving on Wednesday, April 16, and will be available for any classes meeting from Wednesday afternoon to all day Friday.
