Notice Regarding the Kerberos Dial-up System

The Kerberos dial-up system is scheduled to be phased out on May 31, 2003. It will be replaced by a new dial-up system named Radius. The new system will provide a number of improvements including 56k capability.

Current Kerberos users will have the opportunity to access a website and convert their Kerberos accounts to the Radius system beginning on May 1. An additional notice with instructions will be sent out on May 1 regarding this. Users who choose not to access the website will automatically have their accounts converted during the May 15 - 30 time period. We strongly encourage users convert their accounts via the website, and attempt access prior to the May 31 deadline to avoid any interruption in availibility.
