Tutoring Center opens

Student Support Services (SSS) officially opened their new Tutoring Center with a ribbon cutting and reception on Sept. 17.

The Tutoring Center is located at 514C Gruening Building and is open approximately ten hours a day Monday through Friday. The Lab is staffed with student tutors and is funded to serve SSS students. Any student is welcome to use the center on a drop-in and tutor-available basis. A computer and a phone are located in the Center for use by students. Student Support Services is a federally funded academic support program for first generation students, limited income students and students with disabilities.
