Attention: All University of Alaska Fairbank’s Staff Members

Subject: Staff Council Even Unit’s Nomination Process

The nomination process to nominate representatives and alternates to Staff Council will begin Friday, Oct. 3, 2003. Nomination forms will be mailed directly to Administrative Assistants in the even numbered units: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14. Administrative Assistants are asked to distribute the nomination forms to each staff member paid under their time keeping location. Completed nomination forms should be returned by Monday, Oct. 27.

Please return all nomination forms to: Staff Council, Room 312 SIH, P.O. Box 7500. The election process will take place between Monday, November 3 and Wednesday, 26 November.
