Taku Drive closure

Taku Drive on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus will be closed from July 5 - 24 while construction is underway. Asphalt, concrete curbs and sidewalks are being installed to limit traffic to a single, downhill lane. The Taku parking lot will remain open during the road closure, however the Cooperative Extension Service building parking lot will be closed except for local deliveries and emergency vehicles.

Motorists and visitors to UAF should use caution and be aware of potentially congested traffic on campus due to this and other construction projects.
