EEO/sexual harassment training for supervisors and employees
This training is held every Tuesday afternoon of each month, except December.
Anti-discrimination advisors training
This class will take place Oct. 14,15, 2004 in IARC room 417. According to BOR policy advisors are individuals appointed "to advise regarding discrimination, provide information on whom to contact to file a formal complaint, and outline alternatives for complaint resolution." Employees nominated for this training should display effective verbal and written communication skills, impartiality, ability to maintain confidentiality, conflict resolution skills and professional behavior which displays a commitment to equal opportunity.
Mediating workplace disputes training
This class will take place Oct. 19-21 in IARC room 417.
