The University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service food product development program is conducting a consumer taste test for roasted reindeer meat. The benefits of this research are to help the herders and reindeer researchers understand product attributes as perceived by consumers. The samples will be prepared in the Cooperative Extension Service food product development kitchen--a DEC approved facility.
The testing will take place in Wood Center on the UAF campus Nov. 16 from 1- 3 p.m. in conference room äóìC/Däó? and is open for public participation.
