KUAC to debut local afternoon newscast

Long known for its award winning coverage of Interior News, KUAC-FM unveils a daily afternoon newscast beginning Monday, Dec. 6, 2004. Anchored by reporter and producer Sarah Neal, the new service seeks to update listeners on important local stories and preview statewide coverage on Alaska Public Radio Network’s Alaska News Nightly. The newscast will air Monday through Friday at 4:30 p.m.
