A KUAC radio story about Alaska’s first casualty in Iraq aired on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered May 12, 2005. The story, written and produced by Libby Casey, chronicled the life and contributions of 22-year-old Lance Cpl. Jeremiah Kinchen who died in Anbar Province April 4, 2005.
