Update: Park and ride the blue and gold

A green express route has been added to the shuttle route system. The green express will provide service between the Nenana parking lot and Eielson/Signersäó». This route is in addition to the new blue and gold routes that are running.

The Blue route will loop clockwise around campus serving Nenana lot, Irving, IARC, Natural Sciences, MBS, Wood Center, Taku lot, Eielson/Signersäó», Lathrop Hall, Patty Center and back to the Nenana lot. The Gold route will loop counter clock wise serving the Nenana lot, Eielson/Signersäó», Wood Center, MBS, Natural Science, Irving, IARC and back to the Nenana lot.

On call stops at Butrovich (Blue Route only), the Museum (Blue and Gold Routes), Patty Center (Gold Route only), and Alumni Drive at the Physical Plant (Blue Route only) are available by calling 474-RIDE (7433).

Campus shuttle service is available to the following locations: Administrative Services, Wells Fargo Bank/Center for Nanosensor Technology, 590 University, Whole Earth, University Park, Hutchison Institute of Technology, Harper Building, and the Denali Building/ Distance Ed.

Two shuttles run Monday- Thursday evenings from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. One shuttle covers off campus locations including the Tanana Valley Campus Center and Downtown Center. The other shuttle will be available for pickups around campus. Since there is only one shuttle on campus please call 474-RIDE to ensure the fastest pickup time possible. Friday evening shuttles do not service the Tanana Valley Campus Center or the Downtown Center.

Saturday shuttle service is available to TVC class locations as well as Fairbanks shopping areas. Saturday schedules are available on line at www.uaf.edu/fs/shuttlebus.html or at the Residence Life office.
