Alaskan Artists Inspired by Science
Recent works by a selection of Alaskan artists that explore the connection between science and technology and the artists’ inspiration and creative processes will be featured in the Special Exhibits Gallery at the UA Museum of the North. The exhibit is presented in conjunction with the AAAS Arctic Division’s Arctic Science Conference. A special conference session on art and science will be held on Monday, October 2 from 1:30-4 p.m. For information or to pre-register for this session see http://www.polarities.org.
