The University of Alaska Press has just published a second edition of one of its bestselling books--the classic "Alaska Trees and Shrubs." Full of maps, photos and detailed illustrations, "Alaska Trees and Shrubs" is an excellent handbook for hikers, amateur botanists and any Alaskan interested in the fascinating plants that surround us.
