The Alaska History Store presents the Golden Days 2008 historical photograph reprint sale, a fundraiser for the Alaska and Polar Regions collection at Rasmuson Library. The sale will run Thursday and Friday, July 17-18 from 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, July 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sadler’s Home Furnishings at 610 Cushman Street. The sale will include the collections’ inventory of more than 300 images, including 12 offered for sale for the first time this year. Shoppers will be able to purchase reproductions of historic Alaska photographs, panoramas, rare maps and note cards. Prices start at $4.
