Chancellor Search Committee hosts open forum

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Chancellor Search Committee will host an open forum in the Wood Center Carol Brown Ballroom Feb. 19, 2004 at 4 p.m. The public is encouraged to participate and provide comments regarding the essential qualities UAF’s next chancellor must possess.

Comments can also be provided online at www.uaf.edu/chancellor/search.

Chancellor Marshall Lind is retiring this summer after five years at UAF. As chief executive officer, the chancellor oversees university programs in Fairbanks and community campuses in Bethel, Dillingham, Kotzebue and Nome as well as a number of learning centers, extension offices and outreach locations serving more than 140 Alaska communities.
