Integrated electronic systems short course

This short course entitled "Design of High Performance Integrated Electronic Systems at the Package Level" is sponsored by the Office of Electronic Miniaturization and is free to UAF students, staff and faculty.

Course dates are August 23-25, 2005 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. UAF conference room location TBD. The course is free, but those interested in attending need to register by contacting Sonja Bickford at 455-2013 or s.bickford@uaf.edu.

Goals for this three day short course will focus on the design and measurement of the interconnect and packaging structures for miniature high-performance electronic systems, including digital, analog, and RF. Though the focus is on electrical design and tests, issues related to codesign with physical and thermal considerations will be covered.
