Glenn Juday of the UAF Department of Forestry will give a lecture title "Faith and Reason - The Two Wings of Knowledge by Which the Intellect Ascends" Thursday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. in the Wood Center Ballroom.

Abstract:
Science and faith have a close and necessary relationship, yet remain distinct. Science as a faith-based activity will be considered from a Catholic perspective, using especially the recent writings of John Paul II, and Benedict XVI.
