"The Emmy is TV’s equivalent of the Oscar,"? said Claudia Clark, KUAC-TV executive producer. "It really is an honor just to be nominated. But of course we also want to win, especially since we’re up against big-market stations in Seattle and Portland."?
This is the second consecutive year KUAC has received Emmy award nominations. KUAC was nominated in 2005 for its Alaska heath series, "Vital Signs."
