Cold Climate Housing Research Center to host grand opening

The Cold Climate Housing Research Center is hosting a grand opening and public open house of their new research and testing facility Saturday, Sept. 23 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Come tour the facility and talk to the experts about the features that make this building uniquely adapted to the Far North. The public is asked to park at the Hutchison Institute of Technology at 3750 Geist Road and use the UAF shuttle bus service to the facility, which is located off Fairbanks Street.
