UAF scientist to discuss sea ice impacts

University of Alaska Fairbanks scientist Hajo Eicken will discuss changes in sea ice and possible impacts to coastal communities, marine ecosystems and industrial activities during a statewide teleconference Tuesday, January 15th at 10 a.m.

The teleconference is one of several planned on topics related to climate change impacts and responses in Alaska. The event is sponsored by the Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy.
