The University of Alaska Museum of the North will host a free public lecture with author and ESPNOutdoors.com columnist James Swan on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
Swan will discuss the heritage of hunting and the human connection to the land. A book signing follows the lecture.
The lecture is part of the museum’s fall programs planned in conjunction with the special exhibit "Hunting and Trapping in Alaska’s Interior: Our Stories, Our Lives."
