Museum offers training for volunteer docents

The University of Alaska Museum of the North is looking for volunteer docents for its school tour programs this semester. Docents spend one to three hours a week leading activities for school children using the museum’s hands-on collections.

No experience is necessary. All training will be provided Jan. 14 - 26 during the museum’s free volunteer docent training.
