Extension to host solar workshop Feb. 14

The University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service will offer a workshop on residential solar design Saturday, February 14th from 1-5 p.m.

Energy and housing specialist Rich Seifert [SIGH-fert] will lead the workshop. It will include Alaska-specific solar topics, as well as information about hot water heater installation and energy conservation. The workshop is free and a recommended course textbook is $10.
