Todd Paris tagged along with Laura Gutierrez while she checked and set minnow traps on the Chena River this fall. Gutierrez is working with other UAF graduate students to study the diet of juvenile king salmon, specifically the percentage of aquatic versus terrestrial insects in their stomachs.
