"˜Tis once again the season for UAF’s holiday gift sales, open houses, concerts and gatherings. Here’s a roundup of what’s happening around campus this holiday season.

UA Museum of the North holiday sale
Through Dec. 24.
Get 10 percent off throughout the museum store, including art, books, jewelry and more. Get 20 percent off Alaska Native baskets, whalebone sculptures and masks. Call 474-1595 for more information.

Wood Center holiday sale
Dec. 4, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This sale, hosted by the Georgeson Botanical Garden, will feature arts, crafts, apparel, books and much more.

UAF Bookstore customer appreciation sale
Dec. 9-11, 7:45 a.m.-6 p.m.
This annual sale will feature 25 percent off of everything, excluding textbooks and technology products. On Dec. 11 from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m., author and UAF employee Barbara Gabel will be signing her new mystery novel, "Key to Paradise." For more information, call 474-6858.

Dec. 10, 2 - 6 p.m., second floor Wells Fargo Building at Geist Road and University Avenue

Dec. 11 and 12, 7 pm. Nanook Store in the lobby of the UAF Patty Center

University Chorus holiday concert
Saturday, Dec. 12, 8 - 9:30 p.m., Charles Davis Concert Hall
Under the direction of Jaunelle Celaire, the University Chorus presents "A Caribbean Christmas Mass." Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students, seniors and military. Children 12 and under are admitted free. Call 474-7555 for more information.
