Science for Alaska lecture to focus on energy

A free lecture by Gwen Holdmann of the Alaska Center for Energy and Power will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 7 p.m. at the Anchorage Museum.

The lecture, "New Energy for Alaska Communities," is presented as part of the University of Alaska Fairbanks’ Science for Alaska lecture series.

The lecture will include hands-on science activities beginning at 6:30 p.m. The activities are sponsored by the Anchorage Museum’s Imaginarium Discovery Center.
