Museum to host family science day

The University of Alaska Museum of the North will present a family science day on Saturday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the museum. Preregistration is required.

"Looking for Life Across the Universe" is designed for children ages 5 and older, along with their parents. The program includes a planetarium presentation, hands-on science and craft activities, and access to the museum’s galleries.

Tickets are $8 and space is limited. Advance ticket purchase is required. For more information and a full schedule of activities, visit the museum online at museum.uaf.edu.
