Lecture to explore "˜The God Delusion’

University of Alaska Fairbanks professor Eduardo Wilner will give a free public lecture Wednesday, April 7 at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus.

Wilner’s lecture will explore author and scientist Richard Dawkins’ book "The God Delusion" and the position it takes on the collision of science and religion. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Wilner’s lecture is sponsored by The Socratic Society, a student group at UAF. The Socratic Society will host Dawkins at UAF this summer and is sponsoring lectures in preparation for his visit. The event is free and open to the public.
