Join the host of TV's Let's Dish and executive director of Kendall College School of culinary Arts' Chef Christopher Koetke  at 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 25 at Schaible Auditorium for a free lecture as part of the Summer Sessions' 2012 Spotlight Series Lecture Series.

A nationally and internationally respected presenter on foodservice sustainability issues, Koetke challenges foodservice and culinary schools to become increasingly environmentally conscious.

The 2012 Spotlight Series are free lectures held Wednesday evenings, May 30 – August 15 (no event on July 4), at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium.
