2018 food trucks?

Any chance we'll be getting a variety of food trucks back on campus this summer? Food pickins are slim especially on West Ridge these days, and a hot dog cart (or pitas, or BBQ, or any other options) sure would make my summer more delicious!

The food cart page (http://www.uaf.edu/dining/meal-plans/summer-dining/food-trucks/) says to check back for updates in May, but there's still nothing.  Am I just excited about food too early in the season?
